We care most about the integrity of your hair, so some changes may take a few visits. Color correction may not happen in one session. Call us at (412) 275-3442 and we will point you to the right appointment.

Before You Book

What does pricing depend on?

At Plush, pricing is based on our Level Pricing System, built on two things: the experience of each stylist and their ongoing professional education. Prices on this page are our Level 1 tier. Your final price also depends on your hair's length and density and the work involved.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move your appointment, or we may charge 50% of the scheduled service. Brazilian Blowout and eyelash extension appointments require a 50% deposit, which is non refundable inside 24 hours. The full policy is on our cancellation policy page.

Can color correction be done in one visit?

Not always. We care most about the integrity of your hair, so color correction may take more than one session. Be patient with us so your hair is not compromised.

What if I am not happy with my service?

Tell us within one week of your appointment and we will get you back in as soon as we can to address it.
