Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice to cancel or move your appointment or we reserve the right to charge you 50% of your scheduled service fee to compensate the stylist.
This does not apply to services that take over 2 hours. For example: Brazilian Blowout and Eyelash Extension require a 50% deposit that is non refundable if you cancel in less than 24 hours.
All no shows are non refundable 50% of the reserved service amount.
We reserve the right to ask our clients to provide a credit card to book for future appointments once they have no showed or cancelled their appointment without proper notice.

Women’s haircuts start at $45, men’s cuts start at $30, and kids’ cuts start at $30. These prices include a consultation, shampoo, precision cut, and a professional blowout. Pricing may vary by stylist level, so a Level 4 stylist with advanced training may charge more than the starting rate. Do I need an appointment for a haircut?
We recommend booking an appointment to guarantee your preferred stylist and time slot at Plush Salon. You can book online through our scheduling page or call us at (412) 275-3442. We do accept walk-ins when availability allows, but appointment clients always receive priority. Booking in advance is especially important on Fridays and Saturdays, which are our busiest days at the Oakdale location. When you book online, you can choose your specific stylist, view their availability, and select the service type so the right amount of time is blocked for your visit.
How often should I get a haircut?
Most clients benefit from a trim every 6 to 8 weeks to maintain their shape and keep ends healthy. Short hairstyles and precision bobs may need attention every 4 to 6 weeks to stay sharp. If you are growing your hair out, your stylist may recommend stretching to 10 to 12 weeks between cuts, with regular deep conditioning treatments between visits to prevent split ends. Men’s cuts generally look best when maintained every 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the style. Your stylist will recommend a personalized schedule based on your hair type, growth rate, and style goals.
Does my haircut include a shampoo and blowout?
Yes. Every haircut at Plush Salon includes a shampoo and professional blowout so you leave looking and feeling your best. Your stylist will select professional products suited to your hair type during the shampoo and use techniques tailored to your style during the blowout. If you want a standalone blowout without a cut, we offer shampoo and blowout service starting at $30, which is a popular option before events or date nights. We use professional products from L’Oreal, Keune, and Goldwell for all shampoo and styling services.
